Swollen lymph nodes making it difficult to breath. Will the hospital help me?

I have a big lump on the left side of my neck, the size of a grape fruit. I don't have medicare. It's very uncomfortable. If I go to the emergency room will they help me? I'm also having problems breathing.

It is imperative that you seek the care of a physician. If you have a primary care physician it is appropriate to contact that person and inform them of your situation. You should stress the difficulty with breathing and if they see you promptly or refer you to where you could be seen npromptly that would be my first choice. Otherwise going to a hospital emergency room should occur promptly (If you’re insurance does not cover emergency room visit for this form of illness, they should due to your breathing problem) Go to the emergency room. Being seen by a physician as soon as possible.
