“Vinegar sweat smell at night only?”
What would cause sweat to smell like sweet vinegar only at night and only from my back? I am a 29 year old male and am overweight, but I have an active job which causes me to sweat a lot. During the day, it has no odor but when I wake up my back and shirt will be wet and smell like sweet vinegar.

This smell is typically generated from mycosis or the overgrowth of candida alhbicans (yeast) in your system. I treat this condition all the time, effectively, even in my own children.

Sweat can have a strong odor when it has a lot of urea in it, which can happen if you don't drink enough water. Also, it can smell when bacteria that is on your skin or clothes or bedding start multiplying.
