What are the earliest signs of pregnancy?

I am a 25 year old female and I am trying to get pregnant. What are the earliest signs of pregnancy?

I would say nausea and vomiting.
Typically, it can be nausea, sore breasts, just generally not feeling well to no symptoms at all. The most common first sign is a missed period.

You usually do not have a menses. Fatigue and breast tenderness usually follow.
Earliest signs of pregnancy could be: tenderness in the breasts, feeling tired, feel lightheaded, change in your sleep pattern, frequency in urination, headache, nausea and vomiting are the most common symptoms. But sometimes there are no early signs at all and only feel some of them little later.
