Phlebology Questions Varicose Veins

What is the best natural remedy for varicose veins?

I have varicose veins and want to treat them at home and naturally. I'm not really interested in laser treatment or anything else. Are there ways to treat this at home naturally?

I'm not a doctor but I think I can answer this. Avoid salt as much as possible and maintain a healthy weight. Elevate legs as much as you can. Massage helps blood circulation and exercise..
Many different natural things can be used to support varicose veins. This includes lifestyle adjustments, movement, diet, overall heart support, homeopathy, herbs, and more. It is hard to give specific answers because the treatment may likely be different for each patient, but the short answer is yes, natural solutions are there!
There are many great herbal remedies that help increase circulation like Gingko, Ginseng, Buchure's Broom, Witch Hazel and Centella. But you would want to discuss with your provider to verify these do not interact with any medications or medical conditions you are on or have. Varicose veins are caused when the valves in the vein is weak and essentially begins to "sag." It causes back flow of blood into lower levels of the vein. There are some options like sclerotherapy to help with small spider-like veins, but the larger varicose veins need daily use of compression stockings and potentially surgical interventions if the veins are at that level of attention. Vascular specialist can run testing to determine the degree of impairment. You would always want to rule out blood clots or potential for blood clots, heart disease, lymphedema and other known causes for varicosities.
It depends on severity. Unfortunately, unless you are a patient, I am unable to recommend any supplements/medications or therapies/treatments to you. Please find a doctor or practitioner who is able to prescribe these things to you.
I'm sorry to hear about your varicose veins. They are unlikely to be totally resolved on their own or with natural medicines. However if you're interested in something that may help them or help prevent them worsening then I'd look for an herbal blend formulated for vein health. Those often include herbs such as butchers broom, gotu kola, horse chestnut for example. Compression socks also helpful. You can work with a local ND to discuss what levels of these herbs are safe for you and your medical history.
Varicose veins are a circulation imbalance which requires an evaluation followed by nutritional, herbal, and supplemental support.
