“When should I introduce gluten to child's diet?”
My daughter is almost a year old and we haven't introduced her to any gluten foods yet... out of fear that she'd get a reaction. Do you think we should introduce it now?

Yes. Gluten deficiency is usually a genetic disorder. Waiting would not make her not get it. If she has it, you would need to be on a strict gluten free diet, If she does not, allow her to eat gluten
The latest literature indicates that waiting to introduce gluten doesn’t prevent developing a reaction, just delays it until later. You might as well go ahead and introduce gluten since you are currently doing all the work to avoid it when you currently don’t have to.
