Will the government use of hydroxychloroquine for covid-19 affect Lupus sufferers?

My 18 year old daughter has Lupus and takes hydroxychloroquine. I am worried that the experimental use for covid-19 will prevent her from getting her medication.

During the peak of the pandemic it was very difficult for autoimmune patients to obtain hydroxychloroquine. At present, only a minority of doctors are prescribing hydroxychloroquine for covid and the number of patients with covid is smaller so access at present to hydroxychloroquine should not be a problem.
Hydroxychloroquine is no longer recommended for treatment of individuals infected with COVID 19.
Not effective.
