Fibromyalgia
I am 59 years old, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia & chronic myofascial. I try all kinds of meds and treatments over the years, a few help...and a lot don't. Swimming in a heatie pool helps. Walking is painful but it helps to keep you going. The worst thing is sitting down and giving up... I am a fighter. I like learning more about my illness, it help me to do more and try new things.
