Don't forget the importance of sunglasses all year round. We need protection from UV and IR. Make sure you are wearing good quality name brand sunglasses for the best protection....
What causes increased eye pressure?
Usually increase in the fact that fluid in the eye dosen't properly leave the eye normal. If severe can lead to glaucoma and eye drops may be needed to help the normal flow

You should always wear sunglasses whether you have had LASIK or not. The UV protection is necessary.

Can I wash my face with contact lenses on?
Sure . Obviously close your eyes so you won't get soap in etc. Sometimes easier to just remove contacts at the end of the day and just cleanse.

In some cases if your eyes are dry. Having an eye exam to see if a prescription will help comes first.

No it will not. However, not wearing a prescription for myopia and not being able to see distance can cause you many problems especially driving.

Generally remove them at night after work especially of you are not going out and on weekends when you are just hanging around the house

Refractive lens exchang3 which is more complicated will address both far and near. So your age and prescription are the most important facts.
Which contact lens is best for dry eyes?
Limited wearing schedule are most likely what will happen with dry eyes if you prefer gas permeable semi hard lenses they will not cause dryness but, not everyone adapts well.
