Green bowel movements are not concerning. Pain after eating is most often due to functional dyspepsia, less likely ulcer disease or gastritis. The breast pain and rash are probably not GI related.

If the pain is clearly relieved by a bowel movement then you can be confident that it is arising in the colon and is related to lack of a bowel movement or buildup of stool. Stretching of the colon tends to cause the most pain and releasing stool will tend to decrease the stretching and hence decrease pain.

Yes, that should be okay to do. As long as you stick to only liquids (with thickener) the day before and do some kind of colon prep, then you should clean out fine.

There is a breath test that can help diagnose SIBO though it is not a perfect test to say the least. There are other possible explanations for your symptoms, including carbohydrate malabsorption. Since the problems have been going on for weeks then you should get evaluated by a GI physician who can get a full history and determine if any testing is needed.
Why do I feel nauseated?
This might be a blood pressure or middle ear problem. Nausea is very nonspecific and is often not from a GI source. Best to see a PCP.
