Home Sleep Test: Is It Worth a Try?

Once they receive their HST equipment, they better ask questions in order to successfully conduct the test at home. They can sleep at their usual bedtime, but they have to attach the sensors. It is also possible that they can be asked to have a sleep log with them or to push a button on the HST machine. In the morning, they can bring the equipment back to the diagnostic center to process the data gathered by it. The interpretation of the data collected is done by a sleep physician, and then the sleep physician will then discuss the result with the physician who ordered the test.
