Is Dementia Linked to Abnormal Magnesium?

The linkage between the serum magnesium and Alzheimer’s disease had a lot of similarities with all-cause dementia. However, the results obtained from the sensitivity analysis showed that the risk estimates did not get to a significant level. It was also discovered that both the disturbances in the electrolyte and magnesium levels are potential risk factors for dementia.
