Vaginal itchiness and stinging

Okay well this is going to be a long story but this has been happening for over a month I’m 21 and have itchiness and stinging sensations as well as redness i don’t have discharge nor smell. I already went to GYN 2 times and every infection and std test came back negative at first she treated me for yeast with terazol it didn’t work and yeast culture swab was negative .. I kept having stinging sensations and some superficial fissures she tested me for herpes and mycoplasma both negative , then she prescribed me triamcinolone and it did not work either.
About 2 months ago I had sex with a new person which was a mistake that affected me a lot and automatically I got scared I could have contracted an std ever since that event I had been checking mySelf to make sure I didn’t see any visual signs of stds and well then all the other things happened I guess my question is can constantly checking myself have had caused this irritation ??

I am glad you went to the doctor & had test done. There is something OTC called domesboro soaks sand that works many times. You put it in a quart of water & soak a wash cloth & hold in on the area at least 15 minutes twice a day. If that doesnt work, I would advise yiubti consult your physician again & explain where you are with this
Constantly checking should not cause this. Are your periods regular? Are you on hormonal contraception? You could have vaginal dryness
