This question should definitely be answered by your eye doctor/refractive surgeon because he or she knows your eyes the best. Under most circumstances, after 3 weeks swimming may be OK, but swim goggles are recommended. After 4-5 weeks, you should be able to swim without goggles. It is always recommended to never "err", but to err on the safe side. Your eyes must heal and you never want to take any unnecessary risks after such a delicate and expensive, but important surgery.
So, please check with your eye doctor. Good luck and best wishes.
