Try to do sits bath or sit in a warm tub of water with some hydrogen peroxide in it two or three times a day. If that does not help, then see your doc for further evaluation. READ MORE
Is there a special diet I should give my daughter while she's on her period?
Not really, just make sure she eats a diet with good iron amounts in it and also she needs to take a multivitamin and calcium 600mg over-the-counter in it . READ MORE
Is it okay to get a tattoo done during prengnacy?

What are the safest medicines for cold I can have during pregnancy?

What causes cramps during pregnancy?
Sometimes it is simply a sign of dehydration, or sometimes it is a sign of preterm labor. Please drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day and also avoid sexual activity. If cramps continue, then you should see your ob/gyn. READ MORE

Is it normal to get back pain before periods after my C-section?

Will my pregnancy leg pain get better after delivery?
In pregnancy, people develop restless leg syndrome, or it can be sign of anemia. You should get a CBC done by your doctor sometime. Check with your doc if she can put you on some medication for restless leg syndrome. READ MORE
